These terms apply to your use of the RallyRush online store and any purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your statutory rights.

RallyRush is a trading name of Muhammad Farooq. RallyRush sells padel accessories and related sports products to customers in the United Kingdom.

Product information

We aim to describe products, images, prices, availability, and pack contents accurately. Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Contact us before ordering if a specific detail matters to your purchase.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud, a stock issue, an inability to deliver to your address, or another lawful reason — if this happens after payment, we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. The final amount, delivery charge, and any applicable taxes or import charges are shown at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is processed.

Delivery

Handled as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific guaranteed service is stated.

Returns, refunds, and faulty products

Handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law that can't lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, or use the store for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

RallyRush content, branding, graphics, text, and product presentation belong to RallyRush or its licensors and must not be copied, modified, or used commercially without permission.

Third-party services

The store relies on third-party services such as our payment provider, delivery carriers, and Shopify's platform services. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded (such as for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, RallyRush is not responsible for losses that aren't reasonably foreseeable or that are caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version displayed on the store at the time of your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the part of the UK where you live.
