Return and Refund Policy

RallyRush wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how to request a return or refund.

Your cancellation right

For eligible online purchases, you may notify us that you want to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you (or someone you've nominated) receives the goods. After notifying us, you must send the goods back within the applicable legal return period.

To request a return, email support@rallyrush.co.uk with your order number, the items you want to return, and the reason for the request. We'll send return instructions and the return address once approved.

Condition of returned goods

Please take reasonable care of goods while they're in your possession. Items should be returned unused, in their original condition, with original packaging and tags where reasonably possible. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what's necessary to inspect the goods.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by a legal remedy, you're responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us at support@rallyrush.co.uk before returning it so we can give you the right instructions. This doesn't affect any rights you have under UK consumer law.

Refunds

Once your cancellation or return is approved, we'll refund you via your original payment method. Where required by law, this includes the standard outbound delivery charge (any delivery upgrade you paid for is not refundable beyond the standard rate).

We may wait to issue a refund until we receive the returned goods, or you provide proof you've sent them back — whichever happens first, where permitted by law.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer automatic exchanges. You can return an eligible item and place a new order. Faulty or incorrect items are handled in line with your consumer rights.
